Mental health is a state of emotional well being of a person which covers how one thinks, feels and behaves.Mental health can affect ones daily living, relationship and physical health.
There are common factors that can affect ones mental health which ranges from stress, depression ,anxiety, sickness, poverty, inferiority complex etc.
Mental health problems is said to be very common among adults which the effect may be temporary or leads to what is called mental illness or disability.
Mental health problem can lead to:

· impaired relationship
· it can lead to suicide if not controlled
· and can lead to death
Mental illness merely is different from mental disorder and mental disabilities which comprises of what we call madness etc.

1.Skipping of bread fast: taking breakfast regularly is very helpful to the brain and body in general
2.Smoking :this can affect the brain and emotion leading to mental health problems.

3.Over indulgence in alcohol: One drinks alcohol and gets drunk is in danger of mental health problems.
4.Lack of sleep: Sleep is very good in calming the brain and body nerves and a day job. One not sleeping or not having enough sleep can be in danger of mental health problems.
5.High blood sugar : Uncontrolled blood sugar usually lead to mental stress, body and emotional weakness.
6.High blood pressure: Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to mental health problems
7.Not talking and keeping to oneself: When one stays quiet and not talking to anyone for a long period can be very dangerous and can lead to mental health problem. One should share his or her problems and challenges to another and get relief of it.
8.Idleness: There is a common saying that an idle man’s heart is a devil workshop”. When one engages his or her mind with good activities it can help to save one of mental health problems that can lead to suicide, rape and other vices.

Ecotherapy: This is a practice of being in natural environment alone or with someone, in a place like field, garden, streams or forest area etc to boost and enhance your mental well-being.

-Visiting a park or engaging in other outdoor activities
-Visiting a river or mountain areas
-combining physical exercises with nature adventures
